Broken Hill Camping

“Our very first Station Stay was perfect! Sheep, friendly cattle, salt bush, amazing gorges, stunning sunsets, lookouts, workers cottages and new friends. Sam, the Station owner is the most friendly and helpful host. Always up for a good yarn! Adventure is always round the corner when you get given a hand drawn map to the lookout and gorge.”

” Stayed a few days ago. Sam was very welcoming. Lovely peaceful place. Great fire on a cold, windy night. Drove to Lookout and Miner’s Hut for great views. Also drove out to Gorge and walked up Gorge.”

“Great camping about 40km north of Broken Hill. Easy drive back into town for supplies. Great value with power. Richard is a typical country man and very accommodating. Highly recommend and a good base for Broken Hill area.”

“Awesome hosts. Went out of their way to make sure we would stay dry in the rain, as we were in a tent. It was great that in the evening they joined us around the campfire.”
