All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is complete.
100% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation for the cottages.
Campsite bookings are payable in cash on arrival.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 2pm. Guests are required to check out by 10am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We have a flexible cancellation policy – guests will receive a full refund if they cancel more than 24 hours prior to check-in.
No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival for cottage bookings will be charged the full booking amount.
We recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover any potential cancellation costs.
Your booking may be cancelled by us due to a natural disaster, the threat of a natural disaster, or advice from official authorities that it is unsafe to remain in the area, or official advice has been given not to travel to the area. If we do cancel your booking under these circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund.
House Rules
The property is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
The maximum occupancy for Pooles Cottage is 6 guests, Rasps Cottage is 8 guests and the Workers Hut is 2 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval and may incur additional charges.
Property Use and Maintenance
Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property.
For your own safety please remain on designated Station Stay tracks as indicated on our property mud map.
Use of motor bikes and firearms is not permitted.
Liability
Mt Gipps Station Stay is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during their stay.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and pets at all times.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will not be shared with third parties.
Guests agree to allow Mt Gipps Station Stay to use photos or videos taken on the property for marketing purposes unless expressly declined by the guest.
